Here is a quick guide to help you have a great time during your stay with us.

  • Full payment is needed in order to confirm your booking.

  • Upon check-in, you will be issued a key card for your room. This key card also grants you access to our guest floors.

    For everyone’s safety and security, we allow only checked-in guests to access our guest floors. Please be considerate of other guests and do not bring non-guests to our guest floors. Violators will be fined.

  • No pets are allowed inside our rooms and on the guest floors, in our restaurant’s indoor dining area and inside The Lark Downstairs. Restaurant patrons may have pets present only until our outdoor tables. This policy is in consideration not just of the welfare of your beloved pets, but of the value we place on ensuring that all our guests have a restful stay.

  • Valid identification for all registered guests is required upon check-in.

  • Check-in time: Your room will be ready at 2 pm.

  • Check-out time is at 12 noon. Standard check out time is from 8 am-12 noon, but do let us know in advance if you wish to check out earlier.

  • Our housekeeping staff begins cleaning at 11am. We do our best not to disturb our guests.

  • Upon check-in, the room comes with fresh beddings and bath towels corresponding to the number of checked-in guests. After a 3-day stay, the towel and beddings may be replaced, upon request, free of charge.

  • Each checked-in guest is entitled to breakfast for each day of stay, which may be availed of at our restaurant anytime within restaurant hours (7am-11pm).

  • Checked-in guests for rooms 201, 202, 203, 204, & 301 have the privilege of having breakfast (and other meals) at our guest floor balcony. Guests of The Skylark Suite may have breakfast (and other meals) on their own private balcony. Please inform a staff member so that reservations and arrangements can be made.

  • The Lark employs a hybrid solar and electric power system and values environmental sustainability. Please switch off the lights, the television, the air conditioner, and the ceiling fans when not in use.

  • The Lark is a smoke-free establishment. If you wish to smoke, you may do so on the sidewalk past our front stairs. Smoking, vaping, drinking, or eating inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Smoke detectors are in place. Violators shall be fined.

  • All types of illegal substances are forbidden. The Lark is a drug-free establishment. Management reserves the right to remove guests who are found to be carrying and/or functioning under the influence of these substances. There will be no refund.

  • We want all our guests (and our plaza neighbors) to have good rest. Please keep the noise down between 11 pm and 7 am.

  • The Lark is located along the town plaza, which remains, for the most part, a residential area. If you happen to be a light sleeper and might have issues with barking dogs, church and park sounds or people and vehicles passing by, we have earplugs and sleep masks available at the Front Desk.

  • The Lark’s common areas are under video surveillance for your own protection.

  • Our curated furnishings and facilities are there for your enjoyment and that of future guests; please treat the furniture with TLC, and as a common courtesy, please leave the common areas clean and tidy after use.

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a disciplined, responsible and mindful manner at The Lark and must not act in any way which may disturb other guests. Any act/s of indecency, lewdness, and undisciplined behaviour may be subject to fines up to Php10,000.00.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse non-guest entry for the security of those checked in.

  • Any visitor who, in the opinion of our staff, compromises the comfort, safety, or security of other guests or staff will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.

  • The use of fire escapes, fire extinguishers, and fire buttons is only allowed in case of emergencies. Abuse of this is sanctioned with a fine of Php10,000. Guests who deliberately cause a false alarm will have to refund all incurred costs.

  • Minors checking in alone must be able to present signed permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • If an experience at The Lark is great, tell your friends. If something isn’t right, please tell us. We’ll appreciate it; we are constantly finding ways to make your next stay even better.

  • By booking a room, guests are considered to be in agreement with the Lark’s Terms & Conditions and are expected to comply with our house rules.

    Walk-ins

  • Walk-in guests may be accommodated, subject to room availability. Our Front Desk shall be on hand to process your booking and payment for you via our website.

  • Full payment must be made upon check-in.

    Check-in

  • Valid identification is required upon check-in.

  • Check-in time: Your room will be ready at 2 pm.

  • Early check-in will be allowed if the room you will be occupying is vacant from the previous night. Early check-in rates apply.

Property and Cancellation Policies:

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, a minimum of 5 days (120 hours) notice before 2 pm of your check-in date is required to obtain credit wherein you may re-book your stay, subject to room availability (Credit is NON-refundable).

If you need to change/move your reservation for whatever reason and notify us less than 3 days before 2 pm of your check-in date, you would need to pay a rebooking fee of 100% should you wish to rebook your room. For rebooking done between 3-5 days before 2pm of your check-in date, you will need to pay a rebooking fee of 50% of your room rate.

Bookings are transferrable provided that the person who originally made the booking send The Lark a written request (via email or sms). The name/s of the new guest/s must also be provided for security purposes.

Credit must be used within 3 months of the date of the original booking.

Cancellations must be sent via email to The Lark and are only valid if confirmed in writing by management. 

o   There are NO REFUNDS for late arrivals, early departures, shortening of stays or no shows.
o    The Lark shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of guest property in the inn premises and parking areas. 

Force Majeure

We cannot accept any liability where the booking could not be fulfilled due to circumstances which we could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided. Such events may include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes or other industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of God, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, closures of airports, ports and/or ferries, quarantine, epidemics, pandemics, weather conditions, government action or other events outside our control.

  • We will not disclose any personal information without your permission unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Checked-in guests at The Lark get to enjoy one all-day breakfast menu item daily throughout their entire stay, from 7am until our kitchen’s last call for food orders at 10pm. This is exclusive of additional side orders as listed above and any coffee or other non-alcoholic beverage orders exceeding Php 150, surplus of which may be charged to the room and settled upon checkout with any other incurred charges for food, beverage, items and services.

Checked-in guests who wish to enjoy their breakfast or any other meals at the tables of our guest floor balcony may do so at no added charge. Skylark Suite guests may enjoy these same meal privileges on their own private balcony. Balcony meals must be prearranged by informing any member of The Lark's staff at least on the night before in advance.
